When this review was written, there were four Fullbar flavors: Cranberry Almond, Double Chocolate, Peanut Butter Crunch, and Chocolate Peanut Butter. Using Cranberry Almond as an example of the ingredients these bars contains, the first 12 ingredients include: Brown Rice Syrup, Puffed Wheat, Evaporated Cane Juice, Soy Protein Concentrate, Cranberries, Oligofructose, Glycerine, Fractioned Palm Kernel Oil, Agave Syrup, Honey, Almonds, Canola Oil.
