  • Too intense for certain fitness levels – Some of the exercises in this program may be a little too intense for some people; especially those who experience back pain, joint pain, or any form of chronic body pain.

It should also be noted that there is no evidence that engaging in this program will help you to become “slim” in 6 weeks. Nor is there any study to suggest that the nutrition plan that has been provided with this fitness program is ideal for optimal health and weight loss.

Additionally, even though studies have found that resistance training can help increase lean mass and aerobic exercise is the most optimal choice for reducing overall fat and body mass, there’s no study that proves this low-impact program will offer these benefits.
