Each of these ingredients offer potential benefits to those seeking weight loss. For instance, green tea can help boost metabolic rate and has antioxidant benefits. Green coffee bean may help improve mental mood and focus and can curb the body’s fat and glucose absorption. Raspberry ketones can increase energy levels and metabolism.
