Best Factor Max ReviewBest Factor Max is a dietary supplement designed to help with weight management, increase muscle tissue, maintain body fat reduction, boost metabolism and control appetite. This product is manufactured by Best Factor and is often used with another Best Factor product: Immune System Booster.

Thiamine, Riboflavin, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Pantothenic Acid, and a Proprietary Blend: Tonalin CLA, Sunflower Seed Oil, Caffeine Anhydrous, Soy Lecithin, Raspberry Ketones Extract, Garcinia Ext Min, Taurine, were the ingredients in the Best Factor Max formula when this review was written.

Users are directed to take two softgels daily (preferably in the morning with meals). This dietary supplement is also recommend to be used in conjunction with a reduced calorie diet and daily exercise program.

As for the ingredients, here’s how they may benefit weight loss efforts:

Tonalin CLA is believed to lower the amount and size of fat cells, decreasing your body fat mass. It is also thought to lower the activity of LPL enzymes, so that with regular use of CLA, less fat gets stored.

Raspberry ketones is thought to be a powerful antioxidant and is believed to support boosted metabolism and burn fat at an accelerated rate. It is thought to help stimulate fat loss by activating thermogenesis and the breakdown of fat.

Garcinia cambogia may help to balance blood sugar and cholesterol and may block an enzyme that the body uses to make fat. It is also thought to help curb appetite.

Caffeine stimulates the central nervous system and can raise blood pressure, boost mental alertness and also enhance fat burning when combined with physical activity. It may also suppress appetite in some people.

While all of this sounds very promising, none of these ingredients have ever been clinically proven to be effective for weight loss. Since this is the case, there is a good chance that any measureable fat loss you experience will be through conventional weight loss methods (diet and exercise) that you do in conjunction with this pill and not the actual product itself.

Furthermore, this product does contain caffeine, so there is a possibility of adverse side effects, such as sleeplessness, anxiety, headache, digestive upset, etc.

Keep in mind that before starting any diet and exercise program or taking any dietary supplement to aid with weight loss – including Best Factor Max – you should first consult with your healthcare provider. This is especially important if you are breast feeding, pregnant, planning to become pregnant or are currently taking any medication or have an existing health condition.
