Forever Fit reviewForever Fit is a home-fitness program from Denise Austin. At the time this review was written, according to the official website for the fitness program, “Forever Fit is an entirely new approach to home fitness equipment.” It has been designed to help those who would like to be in shape and live a healthy lifestyle, achieve and maintain daily activities without limitations. It focuses on “simple and safe routines”, which are split up into four main “health benefit categories.”

At the time this review was written, the Forever Fit promotional video on the official site explains that the four categories are:

Balance and Flexibility – is for boosting agility and flexibility, which can assist in preventing injuries, lower knee and back pain and improve posture.

Toning and Strength – has been designed to help a person improve the strength of their muscles, and also focuses on firming, toning, and shaping.

Heart Health – this particular category focuses on aerobic exercises, which is designed to improve a person’s overall fitness. It betters heart health, as well as joint stability, helping to lower the risk of osteoporosis and promote weight loss.

Fitness Support – the focus of this category is comfort, safety and flexibility. It can help improve your circulation, posture and range of motion.

The exercise products in the Forever Fit line are sold on the official website and exclusively at Rite Aid pharmacy. Examples of some of the equipment than can be purchased include:

On the site there are a few free “how to” exercise videos from Denise Austin that use the Forever Fit equipment. That being said, the videos are very short. Those who are interested in more exercise videos can visit Denise Austin’s official website, which provides plenty of both diet and fitness tools. However, while some of the information and videos are free, to unlock full access to all of the content, users must sign up for a “free plan”, but whether or not there is a subscription fee is not advertised on the website.

Austin has been a personal trainer for more than 30 years, is the author of more than 10 fitness books and has sold more than 20 million weight loss and exercise videos. Nevertheless, despite her experience and popularity, it is recommended that you first speak with your healthcare provider before taking part in the Forever Fit fitness program to make sure that it is a safe and ideal choice for you.
