iBodyFit reviewiBodyFit is an online personal training program that is highly adaptable. It offers numerous workout programs and fitness services, making it a program that is suitable for many individuals at varying fitness levels with different fitness goals. It was created by Franklin Antoain, an ACE certified trainer and one of SHAPE Magazine’s Top 50 Trainers in America.

iBodyFit offers hundreds of exercise videos, custom workout plans, a nutrition guide and over 40 custom diet plans. There are also personal trainers and a dietician on staff. With this program, you can train and get in shape at home.

The extensive range of exercise videos clearly demonstrates exercises such as aerobics, Pilates, machine workouts, etc. for varying fitness levels. If you do not have the machines you need for a workout at home, you can access the routine on your mobile device or print out detailed instructions to take with you to the gym to perform the workouts properly.

There are programs designed to suit an array of fitness needs and goals including injury recovery, senior fitness, youth workouts, triathlon, and even individuals preparing for their wedding day. The various types of exercises that can help you reach your goals include HIIT, Tabata, Circuit Training, weight training, body weight training, toning, core strength, and cardio.

While iBodyFit does appear to be an impressively well-rounded program for most people, it does come with a price tag. Although there are some free examples of video exercises and workouts, at the time this review was written, the cheapest plans started at $49 a month and the most expensive plan was $149. Also, if you require a gym to do some of the exercises involving fitness equipment, keep in mind that a gym membership will also cost money.

That being said, one great aspect about the iBodyFit program price is that it covers one full month of fitness training without contracts or auto billing, so if you want to buy another month, that’s up to you. Therefore, technically it’s your choice how much you pay into this program.

Another reason why iBodyFit may not be for some people is that it requires a lot of time and dedication. You need to be ready to commit to this personal training program every day. If you do not have the time needed for this fitness program, you’re unlikely to get the results that you want.

Finally, be advised that it is always important to speak with your healthcare provider to assess your fitness level before starting any new exercise program to make sure that it is right for you. This is especially important for anyone who has an existing medical condition.
